Applicable: Volatile liquid samples, liquid-phase reactions, closed system reactions that require maintaining gas partial pressure. The maximum operating pressure of medium pressure stainless steel crucibles is 20 bar, and the maximum operating pressure of high-pressure stainless steel crucibles is 100 bar. The thermal resistance is relatively high, and there is a certain difference in performance compared to ordinary aluminum crucibles, which may require separate calibration. The cost is relatively high. High pressure crucibles require specialized preparation tools. When the temperature is low and the pressure of volatile matter is not too high, it is recommended to use a low-pressure aluminum crucible.
